SHIPPING POLICY

GEEGURL is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

1. SHIPPING ZONES

GEEGURL delivers to the following countries:
 

United States.
Canada.
United Kingdom.


All orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). For security reasons, GEEGURL will not ship any orders to PO Boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any orders where it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

GEEGURL offers free shipping on orders within the United States.
 

For all other orders, shipping costs will depend on the place of delivery of the order and will be calculated and shown at checkout.
 

GEEGURL may on occasion and as a result of special offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at checkout. 

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

2 - 3 business days (Not applicable for custom orders).
 

Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM. Orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (ET) or your order may not be processed until the next business day. 
 

Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays. Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
 

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different. 

4. SHIPPING TIMES

5 - 7 business days. 
 

Please note that the shipping times shown in this policy are estimates and will depend on the place of delivery of the order and the shipping times established by the courier companies.

5. CUSTOM ORDERS

GEEGURL offers customization options for sizes ranging from 30 to 5x. 
 

All custom orders are made exclusively on demand, according to the customer's specifications.
 

Custom orders will be processed and shipped within 14 business days. This period begins upon receipt of all necessary information and confirmation of your order details.
 

Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the order and the availability of the materials required for your order. We are committed to keeping you informed of the progress of your order and will provide you with an estimated shipping date as soon as possible.
 

Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. Subsequently, upon shipment, you will be notified by email. This email will include a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the path of your order until delivery.

5. CUSTOM ORDERS

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order to be tracked through the corresponding courier company. Be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate courier company according to the tracking number provided or contact us through our contact information for further assistance and information.

7. CUSTOMS TAXES

Please note that for international orders (orders outside the United States), customs duties may apply depending on the customs laws of each country. The customer is responsible for payment of any customs duties that may be imposed on your package upon entry into the destination country. Please check the customs situation in your country regarding the importation of goods and the collection of customs duties before placing an order, as GEEGURL cannot provide you with this information. GEEGURL is not responsible for the payment of any customs duties that may apply to your international orders, nor is GEEGURL responsible for packages returned or undelivered due to non-payment of such duties. Payment of any duties that may apply to your order is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.

8. DELAYS

GEEGURL is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, GEEGURL is not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

9. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

10. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

GEEGURL will not be responsible or reimburse for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address they provide during the checkout process is current, correct and accurate. Before completing the checkout process, please ensure that you provide a correct, current and accurate delivery address. 
 

If your order is not delivered due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses and the order is returned to our premises, we reserve the right to charge you for additional delivery charges or to terminate this contract and issue a refund with the discounted value of the delivery.

11. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

GEEGURL recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. GEEGURL is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.

12. SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment GEEGURL makes the product available to the customer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered".
