1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, that is why we do an exchange or credit.  Refunds are given if products were damaged due to shipping issues, like damaged boxes and/or garments. Damaged items can be replaced as long as we receive pictures of the damaged box and garment within 72 hours after delivery.   Customer will be responsible for shipping back the damaged item that was ordered from our website only.  Item must be received within 14 days after the delivery date to receive an exchange or refund, for a like item which includes the size.  If 14 days have passed from the delivery of the product, we cannot offer an exchange or refund. 
 

Important: The following products are non-returnable:
 

  • Custom orders: products manufactured according to the client's specifications are non-refundable.
     

  • Products on offer and purchased with promotional codes or based on a promotion or contest.
     

  • Special sizes 3XL to 5XL are non refundable 

2. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Full name of the person who placed the order.
     

  • Items must be in their original condition (unopened, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged).
     

  • Products must have all tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.
     

  • Any items you have accepted and then returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure that you send the item back to us using a delivery service that will insure the value of the goods. Please package the product securely.
     

GEEGURL reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not comply with our return policy may be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
 

Important: To request a return please send us your return request via our contact information and you will receive instructions on how to return the product. 
 

Please note that if you request a return, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item and the cost of shipping the new product. If you request a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

We make every effort to avoid any damage or defect in your products, however, if upon receipt of the product, it is defective, damaged or is the wrong product and you need to exchange the product for another product of the same reference or need a refund, please contact us through our contact information within 30 days of receipt of the product. Only in these cases we will assume the shipping costs.
 

The request must contain the following

  • Full name of the person who placed the order.

  • Proof of damage or defect of the product (photo or video).

4. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions set forth in this policy, the package will be returned to the customer and shipping costs will be at your expense. If your return has been accepted, you will receive a refund. The refund will be issued via the original payment method and will be issued within 5 business days of acceptance of the return. 
 

Important: If the customer requests the return and refund of the product without any reason, the customer must pay the return shipping cost of the product and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
 

If the product is damaged, defective or is the wrong product, the shipping costs of returning the product and sending a new product to the customer will be borne by GEEGURL. If the customer requests a refund, the customer will receive a full refund including shipping costs.
